BarnBridge Realtor Partnership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the BarnBridge Realtor Network.

By registering as a Realtor/Agent Partner, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing participation, commissions, and conduct under BarnBridge.

1.Eligibility

Registration is open to individuals or organizations interested in promoting and selling BarnBridge properties.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and verifiable.

Each registered realtor will receive a unique referral code/link for tracking sales and commissions.

2.Commission Structure

Realtors earn commissions based on their direct sales and downline generations as follows:

A – 1st Generation (Direct Sales): 11%

B – 2nd Generation: 5%

C – 3rd Generation: 3% ‎

D – 4th Generation: 1%

Commissions are computed based on actual payments received from clients introduced by the realtor or their network.

3.Commission Payment Policy

Commissions are paid only after client payments have been successfully confirmed and cleared.

Minimum withdrawable balance is ₦10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira).

Payments are made to the bank account linked to the realtor’s registered profile.

BarnBridge reserves the right to verify transaction sources before settlement.

4.Conduct & Representation

Realtors must represent BarnBridge Properties & Consults professionally and ethically at all times.

Misrepresentation of property information or fraudulent activities will lead to termination of partnership and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Marketing materials provided by BarnBridge (including flyers, digital creatives, and pricing information) must not be altered without approval.

5.Property Pricing and Offers

Realtors must adhere strictly to official prices, offers, and promotional details released by BarnBridge.

Unauthorized discounts or personal negotiations without company consent are prohibited.

6.Confidentiality

All company data, client information, and property details shared with realtors are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

7.Termination of Partnership

BarnBridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate a realtor’s partnership in the event of:

Breach of these terms and conditions

Fraudulent activity

Misuse of company property or client information

8.Updates and Modifications

BarnBridge may update these terms periodically to reflect policy, business, or regulatory changes. Realtors will be notified via the registered email or portal dashboard.

9.Agreement

By registering and submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by all policies herein.
